I love getting my hair done by Kayleigh at urban betty! I go to her for every blonde touch up / haircut that I need! She’s the best, always listens and gets my vision exactly right! She takes her time and really makes you feel good about yourself once she’s done! She loves making women feel beautiful, and you’ll see it too if you book with her! I went to her for graduation, birthdays, and just to feel pretty again! She’s the best!

Everyone at Urban Betty is always friendly, helpful, and happy to see you. My stylist Anshu is truly the best. She supported and was very encouraging when I wanted to try highlights and I’ve never had so many compliments about my hair. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the hair experience (went from original color to more blonde to Bronde for fall) and love them all. I can’t recommend Urban Betty and Anshu enough.

I had an amazing experience at Urban Betty with Anshu! She did such an incredible job with my long hair — I trusted her to cut off 13 inches and she absolutely nailed it. I’ve been going to Urban Betty since 2020. First, I went to the South Congress location when I lived in South Austin. Then I moved to East Austin and started going to the 38th Street location. Now, I exclusively go to the Round Rock location. I’ve had fantastic hair services. However, this is review is for my esthetician Louren. Louren has been taking care of my eyebrows and eyelashes for months now. She’s incredibly detailed oriented, communicative, and passionate about her work. She has always listened to me about what I want. She knows I have skin sensitivities and tailors the service to my skin, which shows her competency and professionalism. In the esthetician room, she plays soothing music, keeps the table warm, and even offered me a blanket during my appointment yesterday. I straight up fell asleep during my appointment and she kept going on! If you need your brows or eyelashes done, this is the place to go and Louren is definitely the person to see! UB Round Rock is the best!! Thanks y’all.
